We have been getting a lot of email with questions about this service and site. That is why we have made this list, it is of all the most frequently asked questions. Hopefully this will give you the answers that you need, please read through these before you send us an email. If however, you have read these all over and your questions are still unanswered then feel free to send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

What does this map actually do?

• It will pinpoint and make markers for the visitors that come to your profile.
• You will be able to have new markers added to your big map throughout the day and to your mini map every 2 to 24 hours. The length of time this will take will depend on how many maps are in need of updating at the same time.
• Each visitor’s location will be pinpointed by their city as well as their proximity.
• You will be able to see the general place in which a person is when they are looking at your map.
• You will be able to see all of the markers that have been added to your page since you started it.
• It can work on most sites, blogs and even on forums.
• When you click on the map you will see the large view and then zoom to particular streets if you want to.
• Markers are added without them having to click or add anything at all.

What can’t this do?

• Give out any personal info about the marked visitors.
• Show the profile of those visiting.
• Show the home of those visiting.
• Show only a country mini map instead of a world map.
• Add all of your friends to your particular map.
• Add a new marker for the same people each time they come to your map.

What kinds of features and upgrades does this have?

• A large visitor map that you can use to zoom in and target certain locations on with ease.
• Different map styles to suit all different tastes and layouts.
• A list of top maps, this shows who has the most markets of all those on the site.

Are there any custom map designs?

Those that have more than 20,000 friends or 100,000 markers on their map will be able to have a special custom map designed. Just let us know and we will get right to work. You will not have to worry about losing any of your current markets either because they will all be transferred to the custom design.

I have noticed a problem with displaced markers, why is this happening?

There are two reasons that this could be happening to you. First of all it could be due to the fact that your internet connection is redirecting your requests or it could be due to the fact that your internet details are not being accessed by us properly. This happens when your internet protocol (IP) information is not available to us.
